			<title>Account Manager - Technical Support</title>
			<description><![CDATA[Our Client is one of the leading e-wallets offering online payment services to end consumers and businesses worldwide in more than 35 countries. <br />
Because of the dynamic expansion all over the world and especially in Bulgaria we are searching for an Account Manager - Technical Support. <br />
<br />
Your Profile: <br />
• Excellent knowledge of the e-wallet industry <br />
• University degree in IT/Computer science/related field or relevant experience <br />
• Previous experience at a similar position <br />
• Fluent English. German is an advantage <br />
• Keen interest in online payments systems <br />
• Self motivated, organised and detail oriented <br />
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and organizational skills <br />
• Ability to talk staff and clients through a series of actions face to face or over the phone/e-mail <br />
• Technical Skills: <br />
• HTML, XML, SQL, Web Services <br />
• Any of: PHP, Perl, ASP, Ruby, .NET, Java <br />
• Basic network knowledge: TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, firewalls <br />
• Good debugging and bug-fixing skills <br />
Your Duties: <br />
• To make ongoing effort to understand the systems and technologies used at the company and to keep in line with new product development <br />
• To provide client support to merchants and resolve technical issues related to integrating the system on merchant sites <br />
• To provide internal technical support to sales and account management teams and to work in close coordination with the quality assurance team <br />
• To play an active role in the technical aspect of merchant integration <br />
• To advise merchants on product features and integration options <br />
• To maintain merchant support/integration documentation <br />
