NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEERS WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE

Main responsibilities:
You will deliver pre and post sales technical support for Company's small business customers. Also, you have to make discretionary business decisions on a daily basis. Time management along with a strong commitment to teamwork as demonstrated through effective collaboration and socialization additionally required in everyday work.

Requirements:
•2+ years of experience in a related technical support environment
•Experience configuring routers, switches and hubs
•Demonstrated abilities in the following areas: IP, TCP, UDP, ARP, DHCP, DNS, EIGRP, OSFP and IGMP protocols
•Experience with SSH and NAT
•Familiarity with Open source and IOS
•Excellent problem diagnosis and problem solving skills in a highly complex network environment
•Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, good judgment, and mature interpersonal skills
•VERY GOOD COMMAND OF GERMAN language
•Good command of English language (written and spoken).
