SALES ASSISTANT / HOSPITALITY/ / HOSPITALITY/<br />
<br />
Your mission will be to contribute to the development of a large, yet trusted customers’ base through:<br />
<br />
• Cold calling and researching potential clients of the company in the Hospitality business. Establishing first contacts with the clients’ representatives;<br />
• Preparation of various kind of documentation, such as contracts, agreements, translations, emails, reports;<br />
• Administrative assistance to the Key Account Manager of the company: meetings schedules, business correspondence, travel arrangements, hotel and flight bookings and others, related to the daily agenda;<br />
• Other ad-hock activities, related to the sales activity of the company<br />
<br />
Your background:<br />
<br />
• Positive and strong influencing communicator, strong multy-tasker;<br />
• Plevious experience in cold calling is a strong advantage;<br />
• Proactive and persistent professional with strong attention to detail;<br />
• Reliable computer skills-MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and excellent Internet user;<br />
• Very good command in English is a must<br />
