We are dedicated to offering our customers easy and tailor-made solutions in personnel recruitment and selection. Our activity is based on License # 229 issued on 23.08.2004 from the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.<br />

For one of the future projects of our client, a leading multinational company, we are currently looking for:<br />
<br />
FRENCH SPEAKING TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT <br />
<br />
Your responsibilities:<br />
•	Communicate with French speaking customers and handle their inquiries<br />
•	Provide support via telephone, email and remote connection to solve the technical issues of the customers<br />
•	Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using available resources<br />
•	Process and transfer orders, forms and applications in timely and accurate manner<br />
•	Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers<br />
•	Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support<br />
•	Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention<br />
<br />
Your abilities:<br />
•	Excellent French language skills (both oral and written)<br />
•	Excellent Microsoft office skills and computer literacy in general<br />
•	Ability to work well in a team as well as independently<br />
•	Professional customer and communication skills<br />
•	Excellent time management and problem-solving skills<br />
•	Attention to details and stress tolerance<br />
