			<title>Storage Support Engineer with German</title>
			<description><![CDATA[Our client has established a Solution Center Support Team, located in Sofia, which supports storage products of all kinds <br />
across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Support becomes more specific through the experience levels, right up to the <br />
highly complex design, scoping and implementation leadership of international and strategic accounts, working at the highest <br />
level with customers and managing large projects.<br />

This includes remote technical assistance, recommendation and advice, fault isolation and requests for product enhancement. <br />
Team focus is on hardware support in HP-UX, Windows, Linux. Environments close together with other support teams. Other <br />
services entail delivering support to customers via E-services, creating and distributing knowledge using specific tools.<br />
<br />
Your Role:<br />
<br />
Provide in-depth technical and technological expertise in particular areas of focus by developing a genuinely customised <br />
solution for every customer.<br />
<br />
General Requirements:<br />
<br />
Excellent written and spoken German is a must<br />
Good written and spoken English<br />
Analytical troubleshooting and Problem solving skills<br />
Excellent communication skills<br />
Customer focused and team player<br />
Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent in a technical/scientific major<br />
Relevant experience is desirable<br />
<br />
As an Advantage will be considered:<br />
<br />
Experience in various OS (HPUX, and/or Windows, and/or Linux)<br />
Experience in administration of server environments<br />
Mass Storage and SAN environments<br />
Troubleshooting skills in the following areas (preferable):<br />
Unix File Systems and LVM is an advantage<br />
Unix Backup and Recovery is an advantage<br />
Unix Clusters and Network Services is an advantage<br />
Windows and Windows Cluster environments is an advantage<br />
Experience with backup Software (Data Protector, Veritas Backup Exec, TSM) is an advantage]]></description>
