Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria and Spain. It provides permanent, temporary and contract recruitment, <br />
outsourcing, managed services solutions, training, payroll and advisory services to companies. <br />

Our client is a global IT leader and it is establishing a support team for various German speaking customers located in <br />
different countries. For building the support team we are looking for talented, highly motivated team players with a passion <br />
for Customer Service.<br />

The primary function of the Server Support Engineers is to provide the customer with technical and non-technical expertise in <br />
their particular areas of focus, so that we can develop a genuinely customized solution for every customer.<br />
Initially, the Server Support Engineers provide services to a limited number of small accounts to which they are personally <br />
assigned, while support becomes more and more specific as you move through the experience levels.<br />
<br />
Furthermore we offer a 6 weeks Initial Technical Training provided by our In-house Trainers.<br />
<br />
A Great variety of further Opportunities for developing the Technical Knowledge and experience are in place, through web-<br />
based trainings and/or classroom trainings, with unlimited access to 'cutting edge' Labs equipment. There are many <br />
possibilities for Technical Certifications, as per the knowledge level and experience gained.<br />
<br />
Required:<br />
<br />
· Fluency in GERMAN language<br />
· Very good in ENGLISH language skills<br />
· Overall IT Knowledge<br />
· Excellence in MS Office<br />
· Fast learning person with analytical and problem-solving skills<br />
· Willing to participate in various working-time models (e.g. shift, call availability, etc.)<br />
· Eager to gain hands-on experience with leading edge technologies<br />
<br />
As an Advantage will be considered:<br />
<br />
· Good Technical knowledge of one or more modern x86 platforms (HP/ Dell/ IBM/ SUN/ etc.)<br />
· Operation Systems (Microsoft, Linux) fundamentals knowledge and experience<br />
· Previous Customer Services Experience<br />
· Solution Center experience in Services<br />
· Network Support Experience<br />
<br />
As a Significant Advantage will be considered:<br />
<br />
· Previous Customer Services Experience in the IT/Telecomm Environment<br />
· Systems Administration Experience for one or more OS (MS Windows Server, Linux, SUN OS/Solaris, AIX, etc)<br />
· Experience with Storage Systems (any)<br />
· Advanced Networking experience (Cisco, 3COM, other)<br />
