Currently for one of our clients Adecco is looking for an responsible person for the position of:<br />
Hotel Coordinator<br />
<br />
As a Coordinator you will be responsible for building hotel websites, training and coaching hotels in utilizing and optimizing our system.<br />
<br />
 Responsibilities: <br />
<br />
• Coordination and production of new hotel websites;<br />
 • Obtaining correct hotel information and pictures of newly registered hotels;<br />
 • Obtaining USP’s for each new hotel;<br />
 • Training new hotels to use our extranet, rates &amp; availability system;<br />
 • Liaising with managers with regards to registered hotels;<br />
 • Following up correspondence, imparting information to hotels by telephone;<br />
 • Following up of administrative related tasks;<br />
 • Maintaining good contacts with new properties in order to secure up to date information.<br />

<br />
 Requirements: <br />
<br />
• Fluent in English <br />
• Administrative experience (or similar) gained within an office environment;<br />
• Experience within travel industry;<br />
• Experience gained within customer or consumer facing business environment;<br />
• Strong communication skills;<br />
• Team player;<br />
• Pro-active, sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly; <br />
• Target driven;<br />
