 MERCHANT HELP DESK SUPPORT WITH GERMAN AND SLOVAK<br />
 <br />
Your role:<br />
 The Help desk is responsible for merchant support of an international full-service provider for electronic payments and billing<br />
• Respond and handle incoming requests from merchants via phone and e-mail<br />
• Advise users on appropriate action<br />
• Offer guidance on services<br />
• Follow standard and secure procedures<br />
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention<br />
• Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions<br />
• Keep up to date with system information, changes and updates<br />
<br />

• Are fluent or native in Slovak and German <br />
• Are fluent in English<br />
