BULWORK™ FIRST IT/ ITES Recruitment Agency is looking to recruit for one of the top three IT companies in the USA: DUTCH SPEAKERS FOR A NEW SHARED SERVICE CENTER Your main responsibilities will be: • Actively monitor and collect outstanding balances based on aging reports by contacting each account by telephone/ letter • Action accounts receivable requests • Interface with various internal departments to resolve issues with regard to outstanding balances • Report on a weekly base to senior staff • Responsibility for own portfolio of buyers in a specific country and business segment • Liaise with colleagues from the Finance department, as well as with colleagues from various internal departments (Sales, Customer Care and Technical Support) and external customers • Very good writing skills in DUTCH language • Good command of English language Requirements for the position: • Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills • Good computer skills – MS Office (Excel) • Ability to organize and prioritize workload and work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment • Preferable working knowledge of financial systems • Collection Experience is an advantage The Company will offer you: - Very good process training (1 month) - Excellent salary + additional benefits (lunch vouchers, health & life insurance, covered travel expenses) - Relocation package for the hired candidates who will come to work in the company in Sofia from other cities or countries! - Opportunity to work in a young and highly motivated team of professionals.
