MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide comprehensive technical support services to customers (pharmaceutical companies and life-science organizations) by resolving incoming telephone/e-mail requests. • Organize and utilize all support resources provided including emails, documentation, contact lists, etc. • Adhere to accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness in consistent customer care, quality standards and reporting requirements.
