Our client is a global IT leader and it is establishing a support team for various German speaking customers located in
different countries. For building the support team we are looking for talented, highly motivated team players with a passion
for Customer Service.
The primary function of the Server Support Engineers is to provide the customer with technical and non-technical expertise in
their particular areas of focus, so that we can develop a genuinely customized solution for every customer.
Initially, the Server Support Engineers provide services to a limited number of small accounts to which they are personally
assigned, while support becomes more and more specific as you move through the experience levels.
Furthermore we offer a 6 weeks Initial Technical Training provided by our In-house Trainers.

based trainings and/or classroom trainings, with unlimited access to 'cutting edge' Labs equipment. There are many
possibilities for Technical Certifications, as per the knowledge level and experience gained.
Required:
· Fluency in GERMAN language
· Very good in ENGLISH language skills
· Overall IT Knowledge
· Excellence in MS Office
· Fast learning person with analytical and problem-solving skills
· Willing to participate in various working-time models (e.g. shift, call availability, etc.)
· Eager to gain hands-on experience with leading edge technologies
As an Advantage will be considered:
· Good Technical knowledge of one or more modern x86 platforms (HP/ Dell/ IBM/ SUN/ etc.)
· Operation Systems (Microsoft, Linux) fundamentals knowledge and experience
· Previous Customer Services Experience
· Solution Center experience in Services
· Network Support Experience
As a Significant Advantage will be considered:
· Previous Customer Services Experience in the IT/Telecomm Environment
· Systems Administration Experience for one or more OS (MS Windows Server, Linux, SUN OS/Solaris, AIX, etc)
· Experience with Storage Systems (any)
· Advanced Networking experience (Cisco, 3COM, other)
